A group trip is defined as three or more families or couples traveling together.

A design fee of $150 is charged upfront.

An additional $50 per booking will be charged to each individual family or couple traveling.

Yearly retainers can be purchased for $800 and cover unlimited travel planning services for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Yearly retainers cover the purchasing client and one guest, or anyone living at the same address who travels with them at the same time.

Retainer clients also receive a long-term travel forecasting plan to get all those bucket list trips in at just the right times.

Last minute requests typically require working after hours and taking priority away from existing inquiries. Therefore, an additional fee is required.

Requests for travel within 90 days incur a fee of $50, in addition to the trip design fee. Requests for travel within 60 days incur a fee of $100 in addition to the trip design fee.

Requests for travel within 30 days will only be accepted on a limited basis and will incur a fee of $200, in addition to the trip design fee.

If you would like assistance booking airfare that is not part of a vacation package a fee of $50 per person for domestic fights and $75 per person for international flights will be charged.
